http://www.konami.jp/products/am_orecabattle/monsterguide_1.html

I see what looks like a "Kid Alucard" similar to Kid Dracula, and then I also see regular Alucard and Dracula. I think maybe Death is there too...or at the very least there is a grim reaper. I can't read Japanese so I don't know. I just randomly found this and was wondering what it was. From the front page it looks like some kind of card fighting game...thing?

It's a game called Oreca Monster Battle. You have to recruit monsters who fight for you. The Kid Dracula character is named "Aluca". He can evolve into Alucard and Dracula.

The main character of his own game, Getsu Fuuma Den. He's also appeared as a DLC guest character in Harmony of Despair.
It is precisely because it never cared, that people do care.  It's something which it's lacking, because that which it has, it has lackluster of.
^^
You are now reading this in Robert Belgrade's voice.

Then Lords of Shadow 2 just takes a big, semi-solid, smelly, pea-green dump all over everything.

Here's the official press release (in english) for that arcade game.
http://www.konami-digital-entertainment.co.jp/en/news/release/2012/0308/

It's a game called Oreca Monster Battle. You have to recruit monsters who fight for you. The Kid Dracula character is named "Aluca". He can evolve into Alucard and Dracula.
"Aluca" can also be a bat if you equip some kind of magic item to him.

And... I found an apple app of this game. It's free to download, but I think you have to pay to acquire blank cards.
https://itunes.apple.com/jp/app/orekabatoru/id521055725?mt=8
Ah... this explains the app. http://www.konami-digital-entertainment.co.jp/en/news/release/2012/0705/

I found a youtube video of dracula, alucard and a sphinx fighting getsufuuma.
You need to use the lever to enter the konami code. to get getsufuuma as an enemy.

How did you find that?! I thought its a normal trading card game. Thanks.
At 3:00 Alucard does almost the same motion and aura that he used in TGS trailer! =O

Maybe this Fuuma redesign means that they will launch a new game soon?
