Never heard of it, thought it might be like one of those weird NIN bootlegs. Googled it and came up with Tri-Polar by Sick Puppies. Definitely not Skinny Puppy.
Skinny Puppy's an old daddy goth band from the '80s, currently on their 40th anniversary tour. Influenced a lot of industrial bands, being one of the original electro-industrial bands, but nobody cares unless you're into that shit, lol.
They're pretty cool though. Lots of horror movie samples, cryptic lyrics, humanitarian political stance, anti-vivisection and animal abuse (where the name stems from). Their live shows are very theatrical.
"Human Disease (S.K.U.M.M.)" off their VIVIsectVI album (vivisect 666, get it?) is my favorite song of theirs. Crunchy, mesmerizing; it's a head trip.

Still, others might even have a neutral stance on it. I've not heard of, nor heard anything done by Skinny Puppy yet. Perhaps I should take a listen too when I get the chance just to hear what it's about.

« Last post by Gunlord on May 07, 2023, 05:29:48 PM »Eh...I dunno about CotM3 (though I'd be elated for it), but both RoTN and I assume RoTN2 are proceeding apace. For RoTN, yes, there have been delays, but 505 is still attending to the official Bloodstained discord and they've told us work on the remaining modes is continuing well, they've provided roadmaps, etc. Now, there could be more delays in the future, sure, but that's software development unfortunately. I think the game itself is definitely on the road to full completion, even if there were a few delays.
As for RotN2, well, I know nothing about that other than what's been publicly revealed (namely the leak lol) but if 505's still working with Artplay, and again they are judging by their updates on the discord, IMO it's safe to assume work on the sequel is proceeding at a satisfactory pace, since with 505's involvement from the very outset they'll be able to help IGA more with everything and keep development on track

Honestly, after the catastrophe that were the numerous delays, as well as the missing water boss and the abortion which was the Switch version, I don’t think Iga has it in him to another ROTN. He’d sooner release COTM3, which is a safer bet in generating revenue.
