How the heck do I get to this area?



Also, how do those slot machine things work? When I go up to them they just give me 3 random numbers, I don't understand.

For the slot machines, you have to have the last digits in your money account equal to what the slot machines say. Not sure about the rest.

To access the lowest part you need the bone ark soul or puppet master + ape skeleton.
