Ys fans celebrate! This is the first time Falcom is developing their own version of Ys IV! So psyched for this! This game will be using the engine they used for Seven, which was great. So far, it's only for the Vita.

YES! I hope it comes out in Europe/US!
All that there is left is Origins, and Ys V

As long as they have hot chicks with blue, red, or green hair I am fine with it.

I thought Falcom did Ys IV for the super famicom. I'm glad we get to see a rare Ys title coming out soon. But I hope the don't change too much of the original game. I also hope that Ys V gets a release date as well since I'm getting tired of waiting for that damned fan translation hack to be finished  >:(

I hope XSEED brings the goods once again and localizes this. They've pretty much kept my PSP alive for the past 1 1/2 years. Of course, importing is also an option since Vita isn't region locked.

There is a high chance since Ys is picking up rather well in the US..
and true that there is import, but the story in every Ys game is equally enjoyable, because of a RECENT English patch i finally get the proper experience of Ys Origin

I grabbed the patch for Origin as well. A soon as I finish a few other games, I'm gonna play though it.

Indeed, a very welcome announcement that I've awaited for some time now. A swift localization is my hope.
