I don't remember which one it was but one of the games I believe on the DS had a form of dracula that had some good gut parts and a brain I think also.

Would be cool to see this idea become an entire sheet. That had to be my favorite form out of any of the games. Needs more colors to if you ask me. I know the original was pretty limited being NES and all but bringing more color into this would really make it look detailed. Mostly on the guts I would say. If you keep the colors dark it would look fairly realistic too.

You're thinking of Harmony of Dissonance on the GBA, and it really just had some skull, brain, heart, and eye parts, btu that's not a bad idea.

You know, the sprite doesn't really look that bad when you get used to it.  The colors seem to fit, at least.  Here it is pasted onto a scene:

Yeah seeing it in a scene makes it look much better actually. Still the entire thing seems to be mostly one color. That is why I suggested maybe changing the organ colors a bit to see if it helped. Looks pretty good though as is. I still think we need a whole sheet it would be amazing lol.

The whip makes the hand holding it in the idle frame look a bit awkward. Other than that, it looks great.
It is precisely because it never cared, that people do care.  It's something which it's lacking, because that which it has, it has lackluster of.

Here are some sprite concepts I've been tinkering with.  I'm doing a big project right now so I haven't had a chance to expand upon these, but I just thought I would share these with you all.  I hope that you guys like them.

CVJ Dracula
CVJ Simon Belmont
CVJ Death
CVJ Sypha Belnades
CVJ Trevor Belmont
CVJ Golem
CV Curse of Darkness - St.Germaine sprite.

And here's some older stuff from me, that was for that guy Quasar's project.  An 1800's (think Bram Stoker's Dracula era) female character named Rosalind Graves (descendant of Nathan):
Walking and crouching Rosalind Graves
Attacking 1 (Slice), with generic rapier placeholder.
Attacking 2 (dash thrust)

These are all compatible with the "Castlevania" style of sprite heights, widths, etc.  Dracula and Golem are even the size of the usual 'tall enemy'.

Nice stuff. Rosalind is boobaliscious, which I never complain about.
CVJ Sypha is pretty good, but I don't thing even you can save the other designs.
CVJ Drac still looks like an evil drag queen.

Awesome work there Jorge. :) I really want to see your take on the SotN coated Richter.

@Donoffrio
Your Richter looks cool, but I still think it looks a bit too dark.

About your signature, there are some character I don't recognize, are they your original design?

And the bald guy next to Shanoa is none other than Morris Baldwin, next to him is Sophia belmont(MMMT101's Oc)
And the dude clad in green is Montoyagraphic's Oc Enthu belmont.

And i don't understand, few people but you kept telling me it was too dark..Lol i thought the newer blue palette's would make it up.

Very nice work! I really like it. About the only criticism I could think of is that Judgment Death should look a little bigger, more like something you'd see as a boss in a CV game. But that's really not a biggie.
