meh, I wouldn't consider it a pairing of any real significance. I can think of a ton of others that are better: Joshua and Adele, Dart and Shawna, Ash and Elena, etc.

yea, they're from other games. And those two are from LoD.

The Joshua and Adele hasn't worked out for me yet. I've killed her three times. (better not say the name now since it is a spoiler of one of the possible endings.)

Now that's funny.  To be honest,  I don't think he would have fucked Maria.  As he said, "The blood flowing in my veins is cursed.  T'would be best if I disappeared forever."  He is probably tormented by what he is and would not want anyone else to go through what he does.  Therefore, he wouldn't fuck Maria because protection didn't exist back then and I don't think he would risk knocking Maria up.

But I think Trevor and Sypha is the cutest couple in the CV games, (CVIII ending with Sypha).

Totally, Trevor and Sypha is doubtless my favorite couple, its one of the reason I like Trevor so much, cuz Sypha is so cool as well.

But doubtlessly as well, that Alucard and Maria is my second. Then comes Dracula and Lisa.

Al and Mary knocking boots is all well and good (dear god I hope the little emo twink washed and brushed his friggin' teeth before they did anything though). But for all around top CV coupling, none can yet compare to Rosey and Reinhardt's touching union from the CV 64/LoD episodes. - Finally at long last, a Castlevania hero not only gets the girl, he saves her soul from eternal damnation. How freakin' kewl is that, I ask you! Alucard and his tragically-tainted bodily fluids can't hold a candle to Mr. Schneider's uplifting game-ending triumph.
