I will be having lots and lots of yummy food.  The menu is the following:

Home-made Chinese-Style Fried Rice (with chicken, beef, pork, and vegetables).

Beef Empanadas (fried turnover pastries filled with well-seasoned cooked Ground Beef, Sweet Peas, and Hardboiled Eggs) served with sliced Limes.

Food Collage:  A collection of Fried potatoes, fried sweet plantains, corn, sweet peas, and ham, all diced up into small pieces and bonded together with a dijon-type mixture (somewhat like a potato salad only made with those items).

"Queso de Leche" - Caramel Custard

Birthday Cake has caramel filling, extra puffy frosting, and those little shiny silvery-looking sugar orbs.

There is also lots of chips and dip and salsa.

It's going to be great!
