Topic: We need some more subsections around here...

I mean, really, this forum feels so small the way it is. We only have 5 (4, really, since noone posts in the Archives) subforums right now. We don't even have an RP forum! So why is the forum so small, anyways? Who forgot to put in the RP section? And how many people are gonna accuse me of trolling after this?

What would be the point of more sub forums? Four is enough. Just because it only has four, it doesn't mean it's a small forum.

I've seen forums with a Role Playing (if that's what you mean by RP), all it is is an excuse to raise post count, we don't need it IMO.

Missed this last time. Spam lands are places to boost post counts. RP sections actually have a purpose, namely role playing. If you think that RP's only exist to raise post count, then whatever. But I'd rather have a crapload of RPs over a crapload of "Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer" topics.

To answer your question with a possibly better answer than the previous ones:

We used to have more subsections aeons ago, when we were part of EZBoard (looong ago).

What happened was, there were not many RPers within such sections, and as a result it became an empty subforum.

That makes sense. I just wondered because I was so used to seeing larger forums with so many subsections. Of course, in retrospect, the one forum has had constant trouble with trying to find a host because of the massive traffic the site accumulates, so maybe it was just an unnaturally large forum to begin with.
