Alrighty, here's that prequel/sequel game for Parasitus! It's called "Invasion" and it's taken on a full Shoot 'em up approach and is only 80 microsoft points (which is only 1 measly dollar). Damn, stuff like this is finally raising the standards for Xbox 360 Indie games which was always mostly low or sub-par ;D

I just watched about 10 sec of one of the vids and went "whoa whoa whoa!!!! thats thadds sprites!!! wtf!!!" I remember him postin about that game on here like Sonic said. Crazy they got it done and its on XBLA. Thats awesome

Oh, I'm just assuming it was made perhaps out of slight influence or just coincidence that it looks like Red Arramer/Firebrand. Hard to say, but yeah, it is a red gargoyle so it does closely resemble him.

I saw this when it started on the forum, I LOVED the Vampiria version they had, sad they scrapped it.
I can understand they wanted to move away from the shadow of Castlevania and make it independent.
Like was said before, A shame the character moves so damn quickly, a lot of frames are lost while he's racing through the level.

That looks awesome! I'm more of a PS3 guy but i don't see it coming to PS3 anytime soon so i'll most likely buy it when i have the money
