I didn't feel like translating the entire article, so here are the section titles and the conclusion:

- A game under influences
Highlights common ground with DMC, SoTC, Bayonetta, and GoW.

- Kratos' Shadow
Highlights storyline and aesthetic similarities to GoW (not gameplay)

- Two Worlds for the price of one
The game switches between two distinct game worlds. Fully 3D with free camera, partially explorable environments.

- A dynamic gameplay
Gameplay is pretty diverse, switching between dynamic combat, puzzle segments, and platforming sequences. Character customizable with interesting weapons and competences. QTEs can be removed. Blocking, Chaos, Void, etc.

- A complete and upgradeable inventory

- An adventure full of surprises

Conclusion:
A true melting pot borrowing with varying success from many influences and inspirations, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 seems to have taken cues from all sides in order to garner the largest audience possible. And if its protagonist has been somewhat denatured as a result, most player types will be able to find elements compatible with their affinities. While suffering from an uneven aesthetic, this adventure nevertheless manages to offer a strong and well-studied gameplay, as well as a solid game length. Full opinion coming in the review.

Alucard put Dracula in the coma with the sword, basically something we've already known.

Victor is killed by one of Satan's servants (it's not described how he was killed but hopefully not like a bitch. )

Carmilla is *gasp* not real and is apart of the castle manipulating Dracula's mind.

Alucard is getting his own DLC chapter (shocker I know) and will act as a prequel to the events of LOS2. It takes place in the city before Dracula's awakening and it's about Alucard's plan's for Dracula and Zobek. It's slated for a March release and unlike the first game's DLC, this was in development simultaneously with the main game.

Final boss is Satan (surprise!) and he summons his Lovecraftian looking pet Leviathan, who can instakill the planet in one hit. You fight Satan at the top of said leviathan.

During the fight with Satan he takes control of Alucard and you're forced to fight him. (Called that a year ago BTW )

You fight Dracula's doppleganger.

The game ends with Dracula beating Satan, Dracula and Alucard leave to the cathedral that Dracula wakes up in before the sun comes up. They reconcile their differences and become family again.

I mean, I guess I expected it. I was talking to my fiancee yesterday, and was like "Well someone has to die before the final battle, and if Alucard is going to be relevant until the end of the game, it has to be Victor, but...*sigh*
