As for the old threads. I believe they're working on trying to get them ported over. But I don't think they're making any promises of that actually working. We'll have to wait and see. :o

This thread should really be in Off Topic but I can't even move it yet. That's where we are on the current development of the new forums. :D

ah, sorry, didn't think to put it there. shouldn't the old forum have a sticky on every section telling people of the existence of this place? it isn't obvious that it has moved.

was that the link from the actual castlevania dungeon - http://castlevania.classicgaming.gamespy.com/dungeon.html - website, where it says 'forum' on the sidebar still points to the old forum. should it be updated?

not until the community has actually moved here. There are some people here already but not everyone...

That's why the moderators should lock the other board except for one stickied thread on every sub-board that provides a link to this place.

Yes,stop the other forum,so all the people start moving here.There's no reason for the other forum to exists.If we can't save the old posts,then we will have to face it and keep going on by deleting the other forum,so the new comers will join this forum along with the rest of the community that hasn't come here yet.

The new forums have arrived! Please, go here (http://castlevania.classicgaming.gamespy.com/forums/) instead of the old forums so we can finally move out of that purple, eye-bleeding disaster.

Something like that. It'd definitely bring some more people in, then if the old threads are moved, the main page could redirect the forum link here.
