Actually, we did kinda-sorta have this kind of thread before, and it snowballed into an argument that resulted in mods locking the thread.

I had heard that the Titanic and Olympic ships were changed around after the Olympic's collision with military frigate, so according to the conspiracy theory; While the Titanic remained in dry dock the Olympic sailed to New York and suffered the great disaster of maritime history. But this is a theory I don't believe is true as the timing of events are nowhere convenient enough to add up.

That would be me. I posted up the original thread a few months back and as VladCT had stated it did get out of hand so I requested the thread to be closed.
