How not to be a dark lord: the answer to that is a terribly interesting answer that involves an almost Jedi-like adherence to keeping oneself under control and finding ways to be true to yourself in a way that doesn't encourage the worst parts of you to become dangerously exaggerated and instead feeds your better nature. Also, protip: don't fuck with Alchemy or strike up any deals with ancient Japanese Shinigami gods no matter how tempting the deal or how suavely dressed the Shinigami is.

Laura and Gabriel arrive in the deepest cave of the castle and... they find IGA.

I personally think the sword's hand-guard should look different as it is the symbol of that awful 'Batman: Batman and Robin' film that very cheesy and extremely cheap (plastic icicles  :P  ) But overall that is a good-looking suit of armor. And Batman being a dark knight suits him perfectly in the middle ages.

its not bad. Not very practical tho. I dont like the sword at all. The helm shouldnt show his eyes or atleast that much of em (batman staple look) but over all not bad. I got some pics around here somewhere of my custom medieval batman stuff if anyone wants to see em. Its more "comic book style" instead of "movie armor style" batman. I really need to remake it all its like 10 years old now lol

Your Halloween costume makes me think of Batman during the days of barbarians. Leather armor and such. Like the helmet design too.

That would've been infinitely more preferable then the 'Batman & Robin logo'
