what's the point of malus though? he's basically soma 0.5, but without any of the powers. the only powers he had were when he changed into his adult form, and even then he was simply a dracula clone. there already is a dracula in the game.

Well, all Carmilla does is transform into a monster, and they're still giving her a spot as a player.

Reinhardt is okay, but he's not a great character. His story with Rosa is the only Castlevania story that was sad enough to make me cry. When Rosa sacrificed herself to save Reinhardt, I was in tears.

yeah, but there's no other character like carmilla. but there already is a dracula in the game, so why have a second or third one if soma makes it in?

ghouls and ghosts needs to stay the heck away from Castlevania. the series, as far as the horror genres go, could not be any more differant.

Ghouls and ghosts feels like it was made by Disney.

Castlevania is much darker and more mature and epic.

(although both series do churn out great soundtracks, I'll give 'em that)
