I think this dungeon theme from ffxv would also work for CV.

Kinda does too.

Just listening to the first two measures and I was "yup."
How not to be a dark lord: the answer to that is a terribly interesting answer that involves an almost Jedi-like adherence to keeping oneself under control and finding ways to be true to yourself in a way that doesn't encourage the worst parts of you to become dangerously exaggerated and instead feeds your better nature. Also, protip: don't fuck with Alchemy or strike up any deals with ancient Japanese Shinigami gods no matter how tempting the deal or how suavely dressed the Shinigami is.

Kinda feels like JP CV3 with a dash of Rondo, I think.
It is precisely because it never cared, that people do care.  It's something which it's lacking, because that which it has, it has lackluster of.

Rebirth by David Orr from the Sonny remake:

Sounds like the opening from AoS' Clock Tower.

Castlevania and Miracle of Almana had the same composer, Kinuyo Yamashita. In 2004, Family Computer Best Collection Vol. 2 (EZCD-0008) was released, and track 16 is a remix of the song from Stages 1, 4, and 6:

I first heard the remix in some homebrew game's soundtrack. It took forever to ID and even longer to find a download, but it can be found at The ISO Zone bundled within "FAMICOM: 20th Anniversary OST Vol.1,2,3 + BONUSES".

We resurrecting this thread? Okay.

Vincent Moretto covered "Blue Skies" from Ace Combat Infinity:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GDEXsswOpkc

Parts of it sound like a metal "Moonlight Nocturne" from Symphony of the Night.

For whatever it's worth, as the original mod author, necromancing this thread is totally okay in my book. Have fun kiddos.

"One Night in Neo Kobe" from Snatcher:

"Wandering Ghosts" from SotN sounds like a remix of it.
