I would try and animated it in gif file. I use the gimp 2.6 but theire are many programs to do that in. Just add layers of the sprites on top of each other. Then save. Yeah works like a charm. you'll see if it's smooth or if you need to correct anything.

Taking Edward Scissorhands to a whole new level!

Wow! Cool. What software are you using to do the sprites? and does it support MAC as well?

I dont know if you are asking Las or me, but as I said before, I use MS paint for the sprites and Game maker for the codes :3

And Las, thanks man! I'll try it out today :3
Cs, I'll try to fix it :3 Thanks for the help! Some arm problems may be from another position, like when it gets a little short, its because its more likely to be the ''front perspective'' taken from that julius sprites :/

Lol. Either one of you would do as long as i get the answer. Hmm i see Game Maker for the codes. So which basically means that you have to use some kind of a programming to make it work? :D

I think I love you.  ;D (in the most heterossexual way LOL)
Take a look at this here, what you think?

Looks good, but is it me or does his cross straps look blurry to me. Especially when you compare them to the brown in his boots...

Yeah they look kinda blurry... I'll try to fix that :3 Kinda hard for me, I see no space for what I wanted the cross straps to be like :/ But I'll do my best.
And CS, here it is:

Does it look any better now ?

Yeah, you fixed the problems I noted.

Well done, man. For a newcomer you are pretty damn good at this.

Thanks a lot CS! Today I'll be probably releasing some more animations, I'll try to!
Hey, Darkman, Is it blurried in the stand or only on the ducking animation ?
Made this trying to correct some flaws, is the blurry cross better?

You might be thinking that about the cross because it has no black pixels, I tried to use them on borders only (Some bad english problems here, I forgot the word for that, I think it is outline?)
Made this now:

Made this now:

You should modify the foot on the background leg. Rather than show from beneath the foreground foot, it should show from behind. As it is now, it seems his background leg is really long.

EDIT: On the second sprite, I mean.

Yes, the jumping looks much better. :)

As for the whipping, only problem I see is that he looks like he has a ridiculous beergut. o.o You may want to address that.

EDIT: Can be fixed like so...
Rather than having the bottom of his belt ending toward the front of his belt, have it end toward the middle on his side, or somewhere near his back.

Yeah, looks a little better. Might wanna pull the top of the belt closer to the chest. I'd imagine Richter's belts were tight.

Also, the standing sprite looks nice. Nothing wrong with it.
Is it an Alucard edit? Kinda looks like his up-pose.

YES IN FACT IT IS ALUCARD'S! You have a good memory (or maybe it's just because I selected the one that is most memorable LOL). Tomorrow I'll be doing some new sprites. :3

Pulled his belt one pixel up, feels any better? hm + Made three legs that will go in the whip animation...

It was the image in the quote but I think you fixed it. I think adding the black outline on the straps it made them look less blurry.Good stuff,I am feeling this Richter alot! Mad props for a novice spriter!
