I would just like to share a website that I am constantly viewing.
Patisserie Swallowtail

It is a very famous little shop that creates great collaboration desserts for several anime shows.
Everything is just too cute.
Oh and to add, I've tried some of their cakes and they are so delicious!

I think this is a better form for your sentence.
この = This
その = That*1
ケーキ = This is the proper form for cake
かわいい = This has another い

Sono-hon (that book)
Ano-hon (that book)

Well the difference is :
"Sono-hon misete kudasai" means
"Show me the book you're reading/you have with you/you've just mentioned;"

"Ano-hon misete kudasai" means
"Show me the book over there." or
"Show me the book you mentioned the other day."
