Yes! I took the second part of the quote from there, actually. Then i added the first part, myself, due to some reflections i had about this one.

Such a good movie I love the whole theme about it. And hey, what better place to get a quote right?

Yep! :3
Man, godsake! I damn loved this part of the movie so much!
Specially when Tom mentions the quote we're talking about, and the part when the emperor says to Omura: "If your shame is so unbearable..." *offers Nakamura's Sword* "...then i offer you this sword."
Man, it was so strong.. There's such a strong message in this movie.. When i first watched it, i was a bit too excited with the samurai, so i don't think i could've noticed it well. But now that i look at this scene... Man, it's damn awesome! :D

I'm really needing it these days.
I'll be following this thread. There's plenty of comforting people here.
Now I'm tired, eternally walking... forever dying, and never stopping. I feel in sorrow, all I see is white. I’m following a blind way beneath a sad sky.

“I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.
"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”

So who else listens to Silent Hill when they want to be calm & clear their heads?

Silent Hill 2 OST - Laura Plays The Piano

Constantly. Though the SH2 OST is mostly about Yamaoka's ingenious ability to keep making me feel uneasy no matter how many times I listen to his work, he is completely capable of delivering soothing stuff too. These two are my recurring favorites from the soundtrack:

Silent Hill 2 OST - The Reverse Will

Silent Hill 2 OST - A World Of Madness

Never tried this before. "The Reverse Will" is very Castlevania-ish if you remove the vocals.

if you remove the vocals.

Not necessarily; it's "Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep" reversed. A prayer would fit well in a CV song, IMO  8)

Lely - "Now I lay me down to sleep" is the start of an extremely creepy prayer children used to be depicted making right before they went to bed. The full version I always remember is "Now I lay me down to sleep, and pray the lord me soul to keep. And if I die before I wake, I pray the lord my soul to take." there are many version though http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Now_I_Lay_Me_Down_to_Sleep

Lel, nice Dragon Ball Z video over there..
Beautiful enough for my come-back.. x)

And nice SH2 Soundtracks also, i just loved the first one with the piano.

And...

"Now I lay me down to sleep, and pray the lord me soul to keep. And if I die before I wake, I pray the lord my soul to take."

Take this as a good reference to what he said, everyone:

Metallica-Enter Sandman Lyrics

Smooth... 8)
