Whoa!  I totally felt it.
CNN says it's 5.8 on the Richter (heh heh) scale.
Hit Washington DC but was felt up here in NJ and even in upstate NY.

Felt it... it was pretty quiet where I was though... atleast in my house. A little shake, nothing major.

I think these quakes are the beginnings of something bigger. And when I mean bigger I mean the rising of Atlantis. Edgar Cayce did warn us to "Watch New York" carefully from this point onward as it would most likely be the first of many places hit. It's like that quake that recently hit Japan. The Pacific plate (Also known as Lemuria) is also on the move.

I live in Virgina, and a bunch of stuff fell of my shelves.

Didn't really feel it, but I think I may have been in a NYC subway at the time.

Yesterday, at 08:00 AM here, a 4.4 Richter scale earthquake strikes the west Borneo/Kalimantan province, which is a VERY rare phenomena.

I wonder if it has any connection to this or just a mere coincidence.

Don't you mean Irene? Better watch out because within a week there might be a Jose. Trust me, I've lived through my fair share of hurricanes, it's a scary experience, and down here it gets hot as hell after they pass, couple that with no power for days (sometimes weeks if the storms bad), and you have one miserable experience.

Yea, it's Irene... I here it's projected to hit the north side bad. But it could always change direction and screw the south or mid-eastern.

Yeah, Hurricane Irene. T_T

It might change direction? :o That's good for me, but not so good for the people it'll hit instead. ;-;
