Topic: PKMN yellow Nuzlocke challenge

Well I was watching projared one day and he did a nuzlocke challenge. I am not the best at pkmn, but I have beaten yellow so the rules are that it's permanent death if I lose a pkmn like Fire emblem? game over if I white/dark out, and I can only catch the first pokemon that appears in the first area and catch no more. And I have to use the same number of pkmn as the gym leaders. Also can I get my starters in yellow I hear trading is prohibited but what about NPCs?
