Oi. No potshots or flamewars, seriously.

I've never played an MGS4 before, honestly, and I've always hated the controls in most stealth games, but the controls for MGS4 grew on me rather quickly, personally. But that's just me.

Scores are really a needless scale of quality that serves no where near as much justice as the journalist's description of the game.  They should be abolished completely.

Well I'll always love Metal Gear over Splinter Cell anyway, I'm jsut saying this MGS feels more like Splinter Cell: Double Agent than Metal Gear.

Splinter Cell's level design is often.... meh. Also its story is in no way as good or interesting. But it's still fun and professionally made.
