HEYNOW, CV WORLDWIDE!!!

My name is Eric, and I like CastleVania III.  & Slogra.

I remember there being some sort of issue in late 2007 regarding switching over to some new system of accounts, or something like that.  I think I missed all that mess.  With regards to funning online, that time period is a blur.

However, I DO recall that time when the forums got REALLY screwed-looking courtesy some parasitic adverts on CVDF's main page.  That made me head for zhe hills!

Looks like we lost the archives, too, huh?

Anyone care to 'splain what I missed?

Not much really; you can check back on old topics because there still haven't been enough since the switch to really fill up the backlog... I think...

Also, there have been some recent porn bots worming their way into General CV, so be wary of that. Jorge is trying to fix it though.

Other than that, we're all eagerly awaiting more info on Castelvania: Order of Ecclesia, and you can catch up on it so far in General CV.

Oh, welcome back Eric, even thoiugh I never knew you. Your name is familiar though. Have you contributed back to the CV community, or perhaps it was the Lego Castle community... not sure, but your name definetely rings a bell... actually it's more like 3 and a half bells...

The Forumplanet/gamespy Forum, in the process of being "Updated" by gamespy... broke!

Gamespy/IGN/Forumplanet hooked us up with this SMF-based forum, and perked us with basically the exact same layout we had with the FP board (much to the confusion of members since, while it LOOKS the same, it's running a completely different engine).

So we migrated over to this forum, and while the other one IS available to view still, it's so broken that no one can post in it at all anymore (either that or the Gamespy people finally locked it).

So while we LOOK the same, we're completely new.  Glad to have you back.
