I got caught by a electric shock when I was typing words last morning. All of a sudden. The keyboard disconnects for about one minutes. And now I'm really aware of those cheap mechanical keyboard with back lights.

Mechanical.

1) the sound
2) It's genuinely more responsive
3) it's easier on your fingers if/when you type hard
4) DAT. SOUND.
How not to be a dark lord: the answer to that is a terribly interesting answer that involves an almost Jedi-like adherence to keeping oneself under control and finding ways to be true to yourself in a way that doesn't encourage the worst parts of you to become dangerously exaggerated and instead feeds your better nature. Also, protip: don't fuck with Alchemy or strike up any deals with ancient Japanese Shinigami gods no matter how tempting the deal or how suavely dressed the Shinigami is.

Recently I turned my interest to PC equipment and I threw my eyes to those products from 90s. Actually I have enthusiastic about a keyboard as old and classic as possible.

I also love to see a keyboard with reliable mechanical switch, if the current situation allows I'll obtain both but would say no to cheap products from unreliable company/reproductions. I'll then continue my quest of PC equipment hunting.

Funny part is, I once had 20-30 Model M's (got it from a guy who got all the outdated school computers), shame I didn't hold on to them, I was a stupid teenager.

Well, you once had really good luck! Wonder if there're more stories after it?

Mechanical keyboard OR classic keyboard?

How old are you? Mechanical IS the way they were originally made. It IS the classic style.

Either way, the mechanical have better feedback on when you pressed something. Got that click. Also don't have grouped circuits. That is the MAIN reason to have one. You want one with at least an 8 key simultaneous press capacity.

Hold a minute. Don't get me wrong.
I'll re-explain what I mean : I don't get the right feel from certain  modern product and I have doubt in between modern model and those from 90s.
The reason I'm not quite satisfied with modern product is
 1-quality control
2-usage of source material of switch, individual key caps, etc.

Mechanical ones give better feedback, last way longer and are overall more reliable than membrane("classic") keyboards. Tons of different mechanical switch types, this video explains it really well:
