I've played every castlevania game that has been released here in the U.S. I've played every gradius game there is and beaten kid dracula.
What else can I do to wait?

You could play Fire n ice its one of the best puzzle game I ever played and it will at least occupy you for a couple of days (unless you suck at puzzle games)Or if you dont like puzzle you could play Demon crest and the two gargoyle quest.

Tackle other epics, such as the Mega Man/Mega Man X series, Metroid, Legend of Zelda, etc.

Vandal Hearts 1 & 2
Legend of Dragoon
Final Fantasy 8
Final Fantasy Tactics
Tales of Symphonia
Skies of Arcadia Legends
Killer 7
And all the Resident Evil games.

How about go outside and enjoy the wonderful fall leaves changing color or ride a bicycle or just go for a walk? Not everything has to surround playing video games. Take a break from it once in a while. It's nice to enjoy the simpler things in life sometimes. ;)
Also, I think this is more off topic than Castlevania related. You do mention playing every Castlevania game, but I think you're asking what to do next to stave off boredom in a more general sense. I'm moving the topic to the "Off Topic" section. Enjoy! :)

This is the best advice here. Start working out or running if you don't already. Do some volunteer work. If you're old enough to be out of your parents' control, take a roadtrip with some buddies. Just do something different, maybe a little crazy.
