yeah it's kinda difficult to understand what Bane is saying, but consider that they're in a plane with loud engines & it's a bootleg video (dunno if he sounded clearer in the theatres). However Nolan assured us that we'll have nothing to worry about when it's released, so I'm not worried one bit

as for the voice itself, well.. lets just say he sounds like a fucking evil genius maniac.
