Maybe its just me but, I find it quite easy to see that he is a guy or any of them. The art has always been this way, thats why its easy.

Of course he's a guy. All the newly introduced characters for the Drama are guys. It's a real sausage festival. It would've been nice to see a new girl, or even have Annette appear and voice her concerns about Richter.

since an Incubus is a master of illusion, they might choose to reveal themselves as a handsome man in their victim's dream, while in reality they would look more like that thing in the picture.  Magnus's appearance may give us some indication as to Maria's taste in men.
