I've been playing that Infernax game. I thought about posting about it in the General Castlevania thread but wasn't sure if it was "off topic". Anywho, I'm not far in it at all but so far been really enjoying it. It's like a mix of Simon's Quest and Adventure of Link. Honestly, it's what I wish Castlevania games were. It's a nice balance of the Metroidvania and Classicvania.

I also bought Triangle Strategy today but may or may not get around to it until I beat this other game.

Elden Ring... Absolute perfection

It is everything I expected and so much more. I've put 64 hours in already. Without a doubt, one of the greatest artistic achievements in video games; I can't imagine how many hours of work went into it.

Go for the hard mode of Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX 2 and this time without auto hover. Auto hover is even more useless than ever in hard mode because there's no need to enable if keeping kudos is that risky; one single touch discards all your bullitz dash buffs and you can't have the bullitz dash if you didn't have kudos more than 1000.

Done, now going for no ex-weapon + no auto hover in Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX 2 hard mode. But I failed to see any hope since the bosses at second page stages are too damn fast even in 60fps. Way too beyond my capacity of acception.

Tokimeki Memorial SFC MSU-1 English Patched version. Comes with PC Engine CD intro, and now everything's in English. Patch dropped a few days ago, look up a guy named Retro translator on Twitter, he links to the patch in his more recent tweets.

Or link to both regular patch, and MSU-1 patch, use FLIPS (FLoating IPS) instead of LIPS (Lunar IPS) to patch the game. SNES9X 160 and higher, as well as Retorarch seem to run the game with the PCE CD intro just fine, but Higan requires furthering tinkering for the MSU hack, but runs the regular English patched hack with no issues.

I recently one hundred percented Twilight Princess HD. I'd played it previously on GameCube but this was my first real go at the remaster, and I decided to collect everything and max out my wallet to 9,999 Rupees (thanks to the Rollgoal Game). Still my favorite of the GameCube/Wii era Zeldas and I like that it's a direct tie-in to Ocarina of Time.

I've also been playing Thief II: The Metal Age on and off and noticed today's its 22nd anniversary. Like...how is this game that old? I vividly remember my brother picking it up from Best Buy and installing that bad boy. It's not as good as the first game and doesn't have the most exciting story—which is a shame because the first one has one of the best stories in games—but it made up for that with huge level maps and tons of interactivity. It's too bad the game bankrupted Looking Glass Studios because I would've loved to see where they went next.

Not exactly playing myself as I don't own the consoles it's on, but Kiki Kaikai is out now in Japan, next month in the US. Japanese version plays in English on western consoles too.
