I've got 103 hours from loads of sidequesting and I plan to finish the main story tomorrow~♪

That's fantastic - you deserve a trophy  :P, I'd pumped 12 hrs into FFXII, and this looks like it will probably be longer, I hope.

I'm currently playing through the iPad port of Knights of the Old Republic.  I'm finding it's been really nicely done, and even the text option boxes have been done well, with a new style that's really nice to use.  The one time I've found that the text hasn't been redone is during a particular flashback sequence, which is a shame.  The contols are wonderfully straightforward to use, and even using my hand to direct my character's movements doesn't get in the way I've found.  I'm nicely surprised.  It's been a while since I played KotOR the first time round on PC, so I'm rather happy.  Superb game that's aged nicely. It's one of the old Expanded Universe stories that I thin should be kept canon.  Revan is such a wonderful character, aside for how 'he' was turned all emo-ish during The Old Republic MMO.  I'd love to see KotOR adapted for the telly as a series.

FINISHED THE GAME TODAY!!!  ;D
107 hours at level 75. Lol super OP for the final boss but who cares. The ending is so beautiful. I did shed a tear or two but I told myself not to cry so that I can watch all the cut scenes uninterrupted. My mom did all the crying for the both of us though. Dang those feels.  :'(

I will return back Eos to finish all of the remaining hunts, collect all the recipehs, fish all the fish, and get the last 2 trophies for my first ever platinum.  8)

I have a massive urge to cross stitch something from the game but I will have to wait until someone online renders that into vector mode or something similar.

Watched some clips of AGDQ2017 and I'm too eager to play The legend of Dark Witch 2. The first game had some great, neat idea but the control scheme and engine was not very polished. Some stages (final stage in default difficulty as an example) went way too tough for wrong reasons IMO. (No recovery items drop after beating a rematch boss. - only the easiest difficulty gave you recovery items. Give me some mercy please? It is not Gradius! And when you died once It's the impossible game ala Gradius- you need to collect enough purple butterflies to power-up your shots and the bosses all have tons of invincible times...The Gradius-esque-but-worse weapon style is too much for me and it's also the major flaw of the game. Dang.)
Still, a great game worthy for retroisms. Waiting for the day that the second game arrive PSV...! The second game looks much better in control system and boss battles...The boss quick kill is awesome! Kinda reminds me the awesomeness of Mega Man ZX! Can't wait to play it…! (I kinda wish there's a patch that could fix the flaws in first game.)

Several months ago, I thanked y'all for pointing out how the Souls games were a spiritual successor of sorts to CastleVania, and grabbed Dark Souls: Prepare to Die. I wasn't playing it much recently due to seasonal work with the Postal Service (whew, that was intense!), but really got back into it once the holiday drive ended. I am legitimately surprised at how far in the game I got. (I'm at the start of Blight Town... *shudder*)

...and that was BEFORE I found the true Pandora's box...the Dark Souls DEBUG version. o_O

That thing is DANGEROUS. Among the myriad abilities it has are level previews with a max-state character wearing sweet gear, the review demo, the ability to set starting attributes, gifting of items and gear at any time, TAKING CONTROL OF BOSSES, etc etc ETC. :D

Now, I am NOT using this tool to alter my main character, as I fully intend to beat DS the RIGHT way. BUT...one of the fun things I did on the side was create a new character called Belmont and gift him a fire whip at the start. And oh, how fun that is! In the early goings he's truly OP, as most undead beasties he's fighting are weak to fire. BUT...since I did not tweak his stats, he's still squishy. And thus, there's still a challenge.  It truly nails a CastleVania feel! :)

Like I said, Dark Souls really needs to be experienced properly. But for those who have sunk a lot in it and just want to goof around in awesome ways, it's REALLY worth hunting down.

I just started playing The Witcher Enhanced Edition. I may not finish just because the combat is such a clunky messy turn off for me. Like, I'm a huge fan of the story (I'd started reading the books before I even knew there were games), but the gameplay between those moments of story is just... disgustingly bad. Also Triss' costume design couldn't be at more odds with how she's described in the books if her hair were blue. Later games were most definitely better by light years.
How not to be a dark lord: the answer to that is a terribly interesting answer that involves an almost Jedi-like adherence to keeping oneself under control and finding ways to be true to yourself in a way that doesn't encourage the worst parts of you to become dangerously exaggerated and instead feeds your better nature. Also, protip: don't fuck with Alchemy or strike up any deals with ancient Japanese Shinigami gods no matter how tempting the deal or how suavely dressed the Shinigami is.

well I already had my School Girl Zombie Hunter marathons.

I played more Samurai Shodown VI, and some Star Wars Battlefront (upset how they handled all the DLC, so didnt buy the DLCs)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nFKtg-9HhsQ

might buy Double Dragon IV next week, but wanna check how hard it is to unlock all of the characters, and learn more about the total amount of stages, stage sizes, soundtrack and stuff.

FF is gonna be announcing things tommorrow and next week, perhaps FFXII The Zodiac Age is coming Q1
ESRB already rated it 2 months ago, and this week the trophies are revealed

Yesterday I just picked up Dragon Quest's VII and VIII. Didn't think I'd be buying them back to back that day. lol. I was waiting for VIII to make an appearance as it was originally released for the PS1 back in the day. Guess they finally got around to it.

Anyone played Nefarious?

It's a game where you play the villain, and fight the hero in reverse boss fights.

its pretty good.
