I have both Shadows of Mordor and Hyrule Warriors and I've been bouncing back and forth between them to distract me from the agonizing wait for Bayonetta 2.

Also, Bioshock 2 on PC.  Just finished it.  Now I have played all three, yay. :D

Smash Bros for 3DS....and it's a Terrible Night to Have a Curse where you are addicted to the game while an mid term is right around the corner.

I might just make a post about smash bros probably. Maybe asking who's playing who or...maybe even character strategy stuff of what we've all discovered so far.

Got my Super Famicom. The only game I've played at length is Tetris 2 +Bombliss. Bombliss is fun, to a point. Then it starts to throw out lots of these stupidly-shaped pieces that really screw with your head.

Then I ran through Akumajo Dracula for the same system. It's essentially identical to SCVIV, but I had an itch to play it, and why not put good collectibles to use?

Not quite sure which games I'll get next for the system, but I have some ideas...

EDIT: Also started an Aria game last night on Hard. Been wanting to play this one again for a while. Maaaaan...the story makes me cringe, but the gameplay makes up for it.

Is there a way to start on Hard on AOS without retaining your first playthrough goods?

Yeah, as long as you have a cleared game on file, you can just start another entry from scratch. You'll get the option to start on either Normal or Hard.

Started playing The Suffering. Not too bad, but I wonder why you get so much ammo, and why the enemies take so many shots to kill. Couldn't they have just lowered enemy HP and made ammo more scarce?

I've been wanting to start another PC game (most of the horror games I haven't played yet are either on GoG or Steam), but my wife has been on the computer constantly lately. :\

I acquired PoP: The Forgotten Sands last tuesday, and I am enjoying it (despite all the criticisims towards the game). It´s been some time since I played a PoP game (like the Sands of Time trilogy), and I remember how I like the platforming (some times frustrating >:(). Also, I am playing the PSP version, so this is the PoP week :).

Taking a break from playing Shantae and the pirate's curse for now. Yesterday I bought Alien: Isolation the Nostromo edition for PS4. So I'll see what it's all about when I start playing it.

Yes!  I've been playing Alien: Isolation so much lately.  It's so much better than a lot of the reviews indicated.  It's also possibly the most terrified I've ever been from a game, although that wore off eventually.

I'm also going to be picking up Shantae and the Pirate's Curse soon.

Figured now was a good time to finally sit down and play through Gabriel Knight 2 after many false starts over the years. Since it is a perfect Halloween kind of game.
Gabriel Knight 2 : The Beast Within Trailer
On chapter 2 now and it's been fun and playable. Not hard to see why it's considered one of the few good FMV games.

Back onto Castlevania POR, about 3 hours in and onto the 4th portrait.

I'm finding it very easy to pick up and put down and playing as Charlotte a LOT more on this play through, she's actually quite handy and I like her sprite better than Jonathan's.
