got SUPER IN THE FUCKIN ZONE on Sonic Mania & got all 7 chaos emeralds, IN ONE NIGHT!
not to mention beat ALL 32 for those fucking blue sphere games... (same as above!) 8)
(only 6 are gold, though, bit i haven't read that you get anything if ya get all gold,
so it's kinda pointless from what i understand, aside from gettin 100%:-\ )

gonna play all 12 zones again and get the TRUE ENDING!!!
wish me luck, though i'm sure i won't need it.  i mastered this game in one night,
even quicker than Jet Set Radio! (where i even unlocked the dog as playable! :o )

Dayuuummmmm! Finally beaten MegaMari.
Well I'd like to play this game for more rounds and took a look at all player weapon variations/combinations if it isn't for the huge swarms of enemies at most locations.
I like the part that the Marisa/Alice team are splitted into two routes in Library stage part 3, the dual hero system is a huge tribute to Mega Man Xtreme 2/Soul Eraser.

Just beat Ys Seven on Steam. An incredibly fun, charming game, definitely worth 20 bucks--I put 30 hours into it! Definitely got my money's worth :D

Having just beat (again) DMC: Devil May Cry (this time on Steam), I thought it was only fitting that I crack open Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition on Steam as well. I'm playing through each character in as close to a lore-friendly order as possible, but it also means starting with Vergil (easily the most technical and precision-demanding character) and NOT using Force Edge or Beowulf in that playthrough (as his storyline predates his appearance in Devil May Cry 3 and so he didn't have those weapons yet) and using Devil Trigger sparingly (only to get out of a real jam). I'll be following with Lady's gameplay, then Nero, then alternating Dante and Trish and finishing again with Nero to try to get a canon-appropriate sequencing.

Hopefully, I can get this done before the new release of Devil May Cry Trilogy HD on Steam.
How not to be a dark lord: the answer to that is a terribly interesting answer that involves an almost Jedi-like adherence to keeping oneself under control and finding ways to be true to yourself in a way that doesn't encourage the worst parts of you to become dangerously exaggerated and instead feeds your better nature. Also, protip: don't fuck with Alchemy or strike up any deals with ancient Japanese Shinigami gods no matter how tempting the deal or how suavely dressed the Shinigami is.

Played through The Mummy Demastered earlier this week and I thought it was very enjoyable. During the subway sections of the game I half-thought I'd run across the river of slime as that section has that Ghostbusters II vibe. Once more WayForward did a good job  :)  But man! The Big Ben clocktower segment was really testing my patience.

playing circlevania for the 1000th time (wonder if i've played it through more times than sotn/nitm?)

noticing something interesting about the homing knives -
homing knives are doing 44
regular knives are doing 56

never noticed this lowered damage before...

Gave a shot at the PS4 re-release of Shadow of the Colossus. If you thought the PS2 version was beautiful, then this version will do the game even greater justice. Those who loved the original game I'd recommend getting this one  ;)

Yeah, it looks incredible. I think Wander flails too much on the last 2 Colossi, but other than that this is a very nice remake :D

Still on the way of challenging impossible after vanquished the fierce struuggle: MegaMari.

Completed CVPoR Richter Hard Lv1 cap with default HP/MP only. The console was then sent to an eternal rest because it's rusted severely...

That's insane. You can't use Holy Cross (item crash) with default MP.

Still playing Nioh. I'm on Way of the Wise difficulty right now, which is the equivalent of a New Game +3. I'm absolutely amazed with the longevity this game has. I've been playing for over 3 months now and I'm still enjoying the different things that each difficulty level throws at the player. I don't think I've ever felt like I've got my more value out of a game than this one. Absolutely incredible.
It's like Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, but instead it's Who Wants Fried Chicken? I do.
