i was looking at the CV:oos page, and i saw this charachter.
who is he/she, and is he/she killed in the game?

I'm guessing it's just a character they decided not to use. Unless there was a path some where I didn't take when I played it I haven't seen that character in the game

i wondered because i was going to use this charachter in a fangame. looks like i'll be able to now, without time period restrictions etc.

I don't remember even seeing his sprites when i browsed through the game's files.
