Was it III or IV that was on PSX?

I thought it was cool but had plenty of lag.
Both of them actually, but only 3 came to the US. 3 had a ton of loading (I still have my copy, my first owned Sam Sho title), and 4 the music restarts every round, but the loading is a little less.

Sounds like 3 actually. It was a loooong time ago.

Funny how different releases of games have different specifics too.
I've had both the Japanese and US and PAL versions of Capcom vs SNK 2 and the Japanese version's ("Millionaire Fighting") "Turbo 2" speed setting is faster than the others. I was always glad to get the better version.

It's like King of Fighters 98 Ultimate Match, the Japanese version I own has blood, the US version contains none at all. No buckets of blood, but the usual fare for past Japanese versions of KoF.

Recently picked up Resident Evil: Origins Collection for the PS4. Since it has the improved control scheme I should have more fun with playing the game rather then navigating the D-Pad just to move forwards :P

How is it?

Ozgameshop were having a special where that and Assassin's creed ps4 were around 60 AUD. Slightly tempted but have a huge backlog of games.

I've been taking a bit of a break from gaming in favor of writing, but I'm still finding the time to get in some Dino Crisis.

I wanna shake the hand of Shinji Mikami for his awesome job at pitching this to Capcom.

Played a little bit of RE Origins Collection today and I have to say that the controls are good. I can get into the game without the D-Pad's old-style controlling driving me nuts while I'm trying to survive. Although juggling resources is still a hassle as I want to keep everything I find, lol.

But Origins is a HD remaster of REmake and RE Zer0 isn't it? So the controls would more than likely be the same for those too.

RE Zer0 and the original RE, yes. I've played them both prior to the origin's collection and the D-Pad controls were always bothering me. You can still use the D-Pad but now you can also use the stick, which I'm doing. The game's going that much faster for me and I'm getting into the game with more of an interest then before.

Oh I see, so the older versions still had oldschool controls. Hmmm.. Well that is a pickle in a PB&J sandwich.

Dino Crisis could definitely use a revamp, especially with the modern RE action style, too bad we were left with Dinosaurs in SPAAAACE.

Also, backlog has been updated
Beaten;
Somewhere out there; fun 2D portal style puzzler, really short though
Castle in the Darkness; Really challenging, really rewarding; one of the best NES inspired metroidvanias of all time

Really, once you've done "Jurassic Park Takes Over Raccoon City", where else was there to go?
Dino Crisis 3 had all the camp wonderfulness of the premise down pat, so I can't give it too hard a time.

This is a series that needs a fourth game though. Holy crap. Especially with the One-Hit-KO Runaway Home Run success of Jurassic World in theaters and Blu-Ray sales.

Now I'm just killing time until Dark Souls 3. Playing Crysis 2...meh. I guess I thought playing a soldier with a superpowered suit would be cool? Kind of dull so far.
It's like Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, but instead it's Who Wants Fried Chicken? I do.

I've been trying out SFV, it's interesting but I'm not in love with it atm.

DMC4 SE with Vergil on Legendary Dark Knight is doing me just fine.
