I have a CV idea, I just can't program... All I do is ideas... but here it is...
----------
Castlevania: The Apocalypse Overture
10 years ago, a 30-something year old Belmont, Gregory Belmont (who had 6 children) defeated Dracula and the Cult that was following his orders. One of the cult members was off recruiting for his dark lord. This cult member was a 19 year old by the name of James Davis. Davis returns to the temple of Castlevania and finds the cult destroyed and Dracula vanquished.
'Present day'(10 years later) James Davis has found out that Dracula's essence has been seperated into 7 parts (yeah Simon's Quest reference) Rib, Heart, Eye, Nail, Ring, Blood and Fang. Each of these parts were handed off to 6 close family friends to the Belmonts-- The Rib went to the Lee family, the Heart went to the Oldman family, the Eye went to the Butler family, the Nail went to the Roxburg family, the Ring went to the Purcell family, and the Fang went to the Lagosi family (get the names?) while Gregory Belmont kept the Blood. Davis also found a way to resurrect Dracula while seperating his soul into 7 parts.

-Enemies (later on)
A False Demon Lord claiming to be Count Dracula has taken residence in Castlevania and has sent out minions of his own. These enemies are the ones normal from the CV series, graphically altering or making from scratch enemies from the more recent to make more of a variation from just NES enemies.
So playing as Davis you go to the 6 mansions sacrificing the keepers and using the parts to have Dracula inhabit their bodies for his own. After you have done that, you head to Castlevania where you face off against the False Demon Lord, clearing the room for the final battle with Gregory Belmont. You defeat Belmont, using his body and the blood of Dracula that he carries to resurrect the 7th incarnation. When you awaken the 7th resurrection, all 7 awaken. You sacrifice yourself to the 7th and the game is over. Leading up to the sequel.
-Night and Day
At the top right corner is a time keeper(game time). In real time Day lasts for 20 minutes and Night for 10 minutes. Each night is a different moon phase. During the New Moon you can enter the Temple of the New Moon, where the cult was awakening Dracula 10 years ago. During the Full Moon, Davis gains some monsterous powers. Werewolves show up also. A few other things during the different moon phases, just can remember them all.

Castlevania: The Apocalypse Crescendo
A week later Gregory's children are told of the horror that is the death of their father at the hands of a cult. The Belmont Mansion is devestated. But the Children know what must be done. Although they are Belmonts Only the eldest of the family was trained in the ways of the Whip. The rest have their own weapon.
And with Gregory taking the Family weapons, a new set has been gathered until the recovery of the Crucifix, Dagger, Axe, Holy Water, and the Stop Watch
The Belmont Children(and their weapon) are--
Peter Belmont (Hunter's Whip)
William Belmont (Hunting Knife)
Justine Belmont (Silver Throwing Daggers)
Hugh Belmont (Crossbow)
Wes Belmont (Sword)
Edward Belmont (Spear)
Basically the word is out that there are 7 Draculas and the Belmonts go out and hunt them down.

If you beat the Dracula clones with the matching Belmont, during Castlevania you get to pull off a PoR Dual Character mode. And at the end you will get the 'best' ending.
----------
If you haven't noticed, each of the keepers are different Draculas from movies, and each of the Belmonts are named after an actor from the same movies.
Oldman and William from Bram Stoker's Dracula (Gary Oldman and Bill Campbell)
Lee and Peter from multiple Dracula movies (Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing)
Butler and Justine from Dracula 2000 (Gerard Butler and Justine Waddell)
Roxburg and Hugh from Van Helsing (Richard Roxburg and Hugh Jackman)
Purcell and Wes from Blade Trinity (Dominic Purcell and Wesley Snipes)
Lagosi and Edward from the Universal Studios Dracula (Bela Lagosi and Edward Van Slone)
Those are also what I meant by the matching Dracula and Belmont.
Yeah if anyone wants to make those into games go ahead... Sorry I don't have the endings or anything, I was just working with the main idea. Just give me credit where credit is due if you do make them.
