In lots of ways its better than gta online, it's not perfect, but this is what open city games should be more like, with missions streamlined, better customization, and more pick up and play entertaining qualities.

Never did get into the GTA games. Saints Row I felt was more entertaining. APB looks good from a graphical standpoint however it could use a bit more polishing, like when vehicles collide they should smash and crash, etc. But unlike GTA this game has playable female characters which I can get behind (no pun intended on that one please :-[) The only thing I don't like about the online thing is all those kids trying to sound like gang-bangers. Ugh. Stop talking and just play the game.

lol actually the mic chats can be hilarious! I dont stay around the marina/social lobby much, though, yea, APB is what Saints Row games multiplayer should have been like. and they should've added a single player to it with bots. it's not flawless, but it is one of the few games I don't mind playing when there's nothing else to play in the meantime.
