I may be mistaken, but I don't recall IGA actually directing any of the 3D games. I know he supervises them. He's always listed as Producer. Isn't Takashi Takeda the Director of CoD?

The point is, he was heavily involved in what became of it.

I believe he only promoted CoD. Plus, the only Castlevania he's ever personally worked on is SotN. :X

Other than Producer, IGA is listed as the story writers for his games. But yeah, I do think he supervises the projects. But who's to say what he actually does. From my recollection, when Sakaguchi was with Square, he was still listed as a producer, yet he really didn't have any input with the games he produced.
