Sad I am not 20 years younger and have money to put into this hobby. I would have to buy a Switch then buy the game and there is no guarantee that it will be a boost for the series going forward. HOD2 would be fine if they included CV 2 and 3 levels maybe some Bloodlines have adult Maria maybe Hector yes Hector. I would like to not see the whole map and just spring the boss on the player. Don't pull a Mario Maker where map reveals are necessary. Also some of the maps should be classic platformers and work some of the jump mechanics so some characters can double and steer jump and others are fixed single jump. Satisfy both old school and new school gamers Konami. Stop playing with your Wii and start playing Switch after you stop playing switch.

I enjoyed HoD and I wouldn't mind seeing it updated/ported onto the newer systems, but that aside...

I fully expect Konami to flub every video game they produce at this point.

If they want to make a "sequel", telling the 1999 fight would be the best route.  A game in the future of Aria of sorrow would work as well. In the last scenario, not sure if Dracula would be the villain as he was finally defeated but probably an iconic vampire like they did with Barthory.

I wouldn't be mad if characters like Sonia, Nathan Carrie were added in canon using their concept but maybe in the modern times to make sense in the timeline, or something like that.
