Hollow Knight (Steam) - Good Metroidvania but difficulty curve is all wrong

Minoria (GoG) - Might be an okay original title but lost its charm when compared to Momodora series

Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 (played on a recently homebrewed old 3DS) Hell I totally missed it when I'm not really that deep into Gunvolt franchise... Damn the world for not putting it on Steam

Breaking into Borderlands 3 once more in order to try out their recent DLC: Mad Moxxie's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot. Hope it's worth it as the humour in B3 seems to be made for a very specific demograph of people. Almost like gearbox intended to play it safe for no real/solid reason.

I'm still knee deep in Doom II WADs.  :-\ Played through Hell Revealed, Eternal Doom, Hell Ground, Perdition's Gate, and Echelon. It just amazes me how many mappers there have been throughout the years. Carmack's idea to have the source code available from the start has been one of the coolest things I've heard of in gaming. So much great stuff came out as a result! And I've barely played a handful of it!

I want to get started on Blasphemous, eventually. Unless I'm still playing WADs when Doom Eternal comes out. Then I'll just switch to that. I'm surprised I haven't tired myself out of all this Doom stuff yet.  :P

Doom stuff here too; I've been working on graphic replacements for Smooth Doom using the Neural Upscale 2x textures as the source, I'm not touching Monsters and Gore (since they are tied to the monsters) but everything else gets the treatment and it... it looks nice.

Magical Drop, because though I own 5 games over 3 consoles for the series, I need 4 more of them to have them all for consoles I own (outside of the Gameboy one, because it seriously lacks Vs CPU mode). Nothing like a fast paced puzzle game that requires quick thinking. You either win quick, lose quick, or in the case of the original game, get into long grueling matches (the Super Famicom one in particular is hard), or in the case of Magical Drop 2 SFC, the sub boss, Father Strength, destroys you within seconds.

And of course, who could forget the bouncy World character. Video from the PS1 port bundled with Magical Drop 3, called Magical Drop 3 Plus Wonderful.

Wow! That looks pretty incredible. I'll have to check it out!

More Magical Drop, finally 1CC'ed the arcade version as High Priestess. Want to do the same with the Super Famicom version, but for some reason, that version is even harder.

Presently diving into the original Devil May Cry trilogy on Switch, and my recent Steam activity has been pretty aimless and random. Some Halo here, Castlevania Lords of Shadow there, some Bloodstained, Destiny 2... the works.
How not to be a dark lord: the answer to that is a terribly interesting answer that involves an almost Jedi-like adherence to keeping oneself under control and finding ways to be true to yourself in a way that doesn't encourage the worst parts of you to become dangerously exaggerated and instead feeds your better nature. Also, protip: don't fuck with Alchemy or strike up any deals with ancient Japanese Shinigami gods no matter how tempting the deal or how suavely dressed the Shinigami is.

Nope, it's official! I think the 20th anniversary of the original OVA is coming up, so they commissioned Team Ladybug to make a game in celebration. Check it out on steam!
