Project 51 is the animation studio doing the Castlevania: Dracula's Curse animated movie

Konami sold the animation rights to them to make a series
of Direct to videos, 2 TV Series , and a big screen animated adaptation.

This project seems dead now. It's freakin' summer, and not even a piece of footage? That's a red flag.

Warren Ellis finished a script and had it returned for minor revisions, it is in no way dead.
