Title: What characters do you want in Judgment?

Every Belmont. You could make them play different. Don't only rely on the whip, give them specific fighting styles. Brawler, Acrobat, martial Artist, hell you could even give one or two a morning star instead of a whip.

Hector and Isaac. Summoning monsters in combat could be really cool. Like a mix between a regular fighter and the pokemon trainer in brawl.

Jonathen and Charlotte. You fight as Jonathen, while Charlotte is in the background, some of your moves could just be getting Charlotte to do a spell, their special could be them joining together for one of their big spells.

Eric Lecarde, with a ghost version as a must. He could be your standard spear character. I'm sure they could find away to do his pole vaulting in a cool way.

John Morris, see Belmont's.

Joachim, he's an awesome character, and his fighting style could be awesome.

Walter, i just wanna see what he has to say to Drac.

Soma, I could see some cool stuff with him. Like getting new attacks when he kills the monsters that interfere with combat. Also, same as Walter. lol

Sypha, and Yoko as a skin swap. they are just too similar. I would say the same thing as the Belmont's. but the Belnades aren't really warriors.

Grant, his possibilities are so much. I'd like to see him start out as a boxer, with the ability to pick up weapons strewn throughout the stage. Also some wall climbing would be cool.

Albus, some gun kata maybe? Maybe not? I just wanna see some gun play in this game.

Maxim Kishne, he'd be this games ninja character. Jumping around, flipping, throwing his shuriken.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE Cornell. I doubt it would happen. But maybe because this is non-canon fan service it could be possible. Especially if 8ing is in fact making this game (it could be there nod to Bloody Roar, the series that made their name mean something).

It needs Pumpkin. I'd love having him as a funny character in every Cv game. He's kinda like my un-official Cv mascot.

Oh and I'd like to see Balor (Dos version) in one of the stages.

Damn, Charlotte Aulin could have been an interesting character, i really wish that Iga could thinked on her.

About Jonathan, yes, he is a total asshole but, damn again, he has personality, and his father is just a generic Belmont clone.

Seriously, i found PoR characters very interesting (the sisters! i forgot them! thanks erimocard ;) ), yes, even Jonathan, but they are all totally missed.

And well... i want to see in the game aaaaaaaaaaaall CastleVania starrings and costarrings, but i'm pretty interested in those who i named.

I also think it would be really cool if they added in pixelated versions of Simon Belmont, Dracula (including his true form) and Death looking identical to how they look in the original NES game. That would be amazing, because then, they'd probably make a stage for them so EVERYTHINBG looks identical to how it originally looked. AND, if you unlock them all, you get the original 3 NES games in bonus features in the title screen! Okay, maybe I'm getting ahead of myself...

Well, i'm not sure about that, Sypha is an important character, she is the Mother of the Belmont clan's magical Power and the Trevor's Wife, also, as you say, the strongest sorcerer in the saga.

If we think on Iga's games, Simon Belmont wouldn't be in Judgement.

I think that we'll see characters from games that are in the storyline even if Iga hasn't touched them, just like Cristopher Belmont or John Morris

-Plus- Sypha, Trevor and Grant basically showed up in Symphony, which means there's a pretty high chance of them showing up in Judgement, because all three of them are tied to Iga's favorite vampire boy Alucard.

Then you could make whoever you wanted =D

Ick, what? That's a terrible idea for a stage. That area was hands-down to most boring area in the game, had terrible music, and is probably the worst cave-like place in the Castlevania series.

Also, it bugs me that so many people hound down on Jonathan. I can understand distaste for his attitude, but he mellowed out somewhat as the game ran its course, and he's the only wielder of the Vampire Killer to also have a plethora of other items at his disposal.

That guy was also able to hold his own against Richter (Whip's Memory, though it's essentially the same thing), and he has a Wrecking Ball as a subweapon. That's awesome.

Charlotte was a little flat though, character and ability-wise. Though, some of her spells were wide-ranged and flashy. (Cocytus comes to mind, which is probably my favorite)

So yeah, I think Jonathan at least deserves to be in. He'd be perfect for that obligatory, useful character that bugs the crap out of opponents.

Post by: Omegasigma on July 11, 2008, 03:18:09 PM: it depends what example they follow and what size dvd 4gig or 8 gig? since ig they sued smash brothers why form before it'd be same limit models with different outfits if its mroe like soul calibur and other fighting games (which i hope its more like soul calibur for equiping different weapons) the models would be varied so i dunno theres alot of technical aspects to consider hmm, and i;d want an updated n64 death or rondo's top had death

Reinhardt is okay, but he's not a great character. His story with Rosa is the only Castlevania story that was sad enough to make me cry. When Rosa sacrificed herself to save Reinhardt, I was in tears.

ghouls and ghosts needs to stay the heck away from Castlevania. the series, as far as the horror genres go, could not be any more differant.

Ghouls and ghosts feels like it was made by Disney.

Castlevania is much darker and more mature and epic.

(although both series do churn out great soundtracks, I'll give 'em that)
