Are there any titles in your collection that have been lost/destroyed/stolen/replaced over the years?
My original first copy of Symphony, I have no idea what happened to it. But luckily a few years after it's release, I found a black label copy in Blockbuster & purchased it for super cheap! I still have the original manual, but I can't find it at the moment.
My first copy of Belmont's Revenge actually belonged to my sister at first, but I adopted it into my collection. I traded it in along with my other gameboy games for some quick cash back in the 90's. I recently purchased a new copy from eBay.
That Simon's Quest Tiger handheld.. last time I remember seeing it was in my attic & that was AGES ago. Wish I could find it again.
Besides games, I also passed up the opportunity to acquire the official Konami VK whip they had for sale on their website several years ago. I seen it on eBay recently, but it sold for $400!  >:(
Tell us your stories~~

I originally had the Greatest Hits SotN, but when my brother was still working at EB Games he called me up to tell me they had an original copy, so I took mine over and swapped it.
yeah, I'm really glad I got that whip when I did...about a month after I got it is when it went out of stock on konami.com.

Somebody sold this whip on 400 dollars? WHOA! How many people actually bid this? Anyway, I remember the last time somebody sold this VK whip for 40 buck in ebay (it about same price as the official site)

Haha, I remember brought this whip in official site and it immediately out of stock. I wonder how many member users in this site that actually brought it?
Alright, back to the topic. I had my "greatest hit" SOTN CD case all crack up. I had to replace the other cd case (not new) that aren't crack. Not so much for lost the games or replaced the games.

My Symphony of the Night (original) started developing a crack on the inside diameter hole of the disc...
...over time, said crack grew bigger and bigger, until it finally reached the game data area, making the game unplayable.
I purchased another one (original too) off of an IRC buddy.
I've never lost any other CV's, thankfully.

I own CV4, SotN, Legacy of Darkness (2$ at gamestop stfu), DXC, LoI, CoD, and all the GBA&DS titles.
I lost CoD, and needed to buy a replacement.

I need to buy a replacement Xenogears. I let my friend borrow it and it's scratched up.

I once have a Castlevania Bloodlines cartridge but my cousin lost it >:(  I also lost my Harmony of Dissonance along with my GBA at the bus 4 years ago :'(

My misaligned playstation 2 drive ate my first copy of haunted castle import game, so i had to get another one recently :(

Metal Slug X cracked in half. The cat jumped on the disc case and cracked both the disc and the case. That sucked.
I also lost some packaging material for Super Metroid, but not the game itself.
Other than that, I tend to keep good care and track of my stuff. I instead count the number of hot deals I missed over the years due to not being at the right place at the right time or lack of money. I think Panzer Dragoon Saga for $12 took the cake...

Yo Jorge, do you mean the plastic part? I got a tiny crack on my Kingdom Hearts and Vice City games in that inner circle. What you've said freaks me out a bit.
I've had my FF3, FF2, Zelda ALTTP, Pokemon Crystal (was back in the dayz, when the first 2 games were good and everything after sucked) Super Mario RPG: legend of the 7 stars, Mario Kart for GBA, a normal Gameboy, a GBC, a GBA, Dragon Warriors Monsters for GBC and some other GB games. Does that count?
My FF8 1st disc is scratched to shit, still works somehow, same with my Legend of Dragoon disc 3, like, extremely scratched, but they still work perfectly. I guess PS1 discs are of amazing quality and can be read easily.
My PS2 is starting to make clicking noises, how did your PS2 get misaligned?
