Konami Arcade game "Eternal knights2" and "Akumajyo Dracula" do the collaboration.
"Eternal knights2" is Japanese arcade RPG game of Konami.
The character of "Akumajyo Dracula" seems to be used by the player character, the item, and the enemy of this game.

He looks like Richter.
But, he is not Richter.
He is "vampire hunter(Male) avatar."

In the issue, this is not Castlevania game.
But, such a collaboration is Interesting.

His art is.... twisted.
And yeah he looks like Richter (DraculaX Chronicles version).

EDIT:
The other character looks like Shanoa.

The character that looks like Maria(DraculaX Chronicles version) has the whip.

Perhaps, the weapon of character that looks like Shanoa is a whip.
Because she is vampire hunter's avatar.

That reminds me of a PS2 game called The Bouncer by Squaresoft(Now SquareEnix), with a characters which resembles the cast from FF8, but they were not same cast from FF8. ::)

Agreed. I think that either the cv team stole this character art ideas or the other way around.

Or, you know, it's a crossover that's oh-so-common these days. And given that it's Masaki's and Kojima's original artwork, I'd say the chances of it being 'stolen' are somewhere between zero and nil.

All i can say is: what's wrong with konami?

Wrong.
This is a "collaboration".
It is a collaborative activity.

The Akumajyo Dracula team lent the design to Eternal knights2 team.
The problem is not there either.
