Title: what is the name of he DXC boss theme?
Post by: Saner on December 29, 2008, 07:29:00 PM
you know the rondo remake of the normal boss theme?  it's soooo intensely epic! ^___^

Tues Deus Meus (In Manibus Tuis).

It's a perfect example of "too epic", and it's ridiculously cheesey, but it works for the game...I guess.

It would have worked as a Dancing in Phantasmic Hell remix, but nope they had to go throw another variation of Vampire Killer into it for absolutely no reason.

It is partly Dancing in Phantasmic Hell, but yeah, Vampire Killer is mostly heard. <_<

nuuuuu!  it's more nostaligic than cheese.  it would only be cheesy if they played that theme with a saxophone!  now that's cheesy!!!!   lololol  ;D

I remember them actually using Phantasamic hell in some of the earliest videos, I wonder whatever happened to that...

I wasn't talking about Saner in specific, I was talking about this entire community in general.

That's the Dungeon for ya. The place in which you can't talk bad about Legends, the N64 games are teh pwnzorz, and HoD sucks because it's easy.

HoD sucks beacause of ALL, that game is a great, great fail.

And yeah, CastleVania 64 ftw

the game itself isn't a horrible game it just needs to be released glitch and cheapkill free for the ds with true full sound. I actually had quite a bit of fun with the game, it just needs to be "finished" in a manner of speaking.

There's room for improvement but I think 64 had one of the best plots, as well as combat systems and I love the day/night cycles. I also liked how it allowed everybody to enjoy the game without sucky players spending eons of their time finishing it and ripping all their hair out with the ability to carry tons of food.

It had the typical CV plot aside from contradicting itself with two stories at once. What's so good about it? The story/stories are also convoluted(no CV story has been as convoluted as LoD's, though).

it had its share of very bad dialogues too. dracula, death and some other villains were sometimes so bad i wanted to stab my eyes out while reading their lines. :(

Legends sucks. Horrible gameplay and a lousy main character. N64 titles are clumsily controlled and lame.

HoD had some nice (albeit faded palettes) background art and interesting gameplay. I liked it.

Crap, am I banned now.
