Well.. Do you?
I got this nifty device called The Perfect Pushup for my birthday last month, and I've been using it almost every day (It comes with a nice training schedule for you to follow).
I can definitely feel myself become stronger, and my arms have gotten bigger as well. I highly recommend The Perfect Pushup if you want to tone up a bit! It also works your abs, chest, and back.

Don't pay $44 for it.. I think my mother found it in Target or one of those big stores for about $20.
So, how do you people workout?

I carry a large bag on my back across a university campus for an average of 20-30 minutes every weekday. In class there's labor of lifting stuff like raw ceramic clay, walking up three+ flights of stairs, and stretching/warmup exercises in acting class, followed by action scenes.

Simple. I don't. I weigh around 130 lbs, and am 5'9". I really shouldn't do anything that would cause me to lose any weight, and because of my metabolism I can't really bulk up any. I used to do some strength training for a while, that was all right. I was in peak shape when I was playing the drums though.

I use a lil something called the IRON GYM. It's a total upper body workout bar, and it works wonders. Got it from Sports Authority for $35.

Nope.
Any other questions to make me feel bad?

I get on and off. I'm trying to get a routine going but life sucks, with all the forms and stuff I have to do... and then I also want to game ... meh, it gets lost every now and then.
I'm trying to start it up again though.
-
I don't. 5'4'' and about 110 lbs. No real fat or anything, and I have about as much muscle as I really need (which admittedly is not much), so I'm rather content.
Yes, I've got a pretty small body stature, okay~~

I gotta lose sum w8...I'm gonna try getting on a werkout schedule sumtime dis week. T_T

The punching bag stand broke a long time ago. So no, I don't. Not that I have time to anyway now.
-
Yeah.

2x a week, cardio (45 minutes of walking or biking) + weights (30 minutes, ab-work, upper arms, chest) using a Gym subscription.

I made a thread like this a few years ago and there were, I dunno, 2 replies? Good to see the Dungeon's gotten more physically fit since then. :)
I was slacking for awhile, but I've been getting back into lifing lately. I picked up a side job a few days each week, and I have an hour between that job and my regular shift. This gives me just enough time to squeeze in a quick lifting routine, though it would be nice to have about 30 min. more.
I have a bicep day, a tricep day, chest day, and a back/shoulders day. Other days I'll do random auxilliary/core workouts or do cardio. I tend to focus more on running during the warmer seasons and lifting during the colder ones, so running hasn't been much of a priority lately.
Now where is ProtoBelmont to put us all to shame?
-
Yes, I do.
My new year's resolution was to get a little more fit, so I've added in 30 minutes of various exercise a day, whether it's running, aerobics or whatever. It's pretty doable, and I'm actually enjoying it. :)
-
I seldom ever work out, but I'm fairly strong for my laziness (Able to lift 70-115 pounds depending how I lift). I do want to get more fit since I've never been able to run a fair distance.
I also took a nasty spill slipping on ice and landing on my back. I thought it'd hurt me moreso, but it only really woke me up.
-
I have a heart condition and I can lift more than that.
-
That's nothing short of awesome and commendable. Now if only other people can take an example from you (I know plenty of people with conditions who are lazier and weaker then I am.).
-
Does masturbation and alcoholism count as working out? :'(
-
Sex. Now ya'll had to see *that* coming.
Plus stomach crunches every other day to maintain the girlish figure. I also walk everywhere I need to go seeing as how San Fran is so nice and compact. A great unexpected workout occurs everytime I need to go uphill to reach that extra-juicy burger joint at the pinnacle ^_^ -I highly recommend it.

I'm too busy to work out, but I really should. My man-boobs and beer-belly have become an embarrassment.
-
I'll probably lose 30 pounds by the next live meet from running around in the hot sun resisting the urge to eat any shitty food.

I eat like a fat man in a Mcdonalds, and can't gain weight. It's really starting to become irritating! Though, I guess some people would kill for metabolism like that.

I used to be like that back in High School...

That's one reason I mentioned that you need a strategic approach to this type of thing, if you're serious enough about it.
-
I've tried working out back in junior high but it got me nowhere. >:(
I didn't know why then but I do know now; Fast metabolism. And I'm only 110 pounds and 5 feet 9 inches. Though I can remember being 105 pounds for a good many years straight before actually gaining the extra 5. Because I'm like this I can only conclude that the best bet for me in terms of exercise would be stuff like Ninjitsu or Aikido. Heck even Yoga would be more beneficial to me. All this won't give me muscle or more mass gain. But I'll sure be quick on the draw, accurate and very flexible. ;D

I've been on a weight training routine for 12 weeks and am about to take a planned 2 week break. I've been doing medium reps, getting about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight a day, (I weigh 175), drinking about 140 ounces of water a day, and tracking my workout progress with a notebook.
I've found I actually get a great sense of enjoyment out of doing this (even changing my diet is enjoyable), but my muscle gains are small. But then again, I don't keep track of healthy fats, carbs or calories. I've only gained about 10 pounds over the course of 12 weeks, and I don't know how much of it is actual muscle (haven't started on skinfold measurements yet, mostly due to laziness). Then again, I've always had great metabolism. I could also get more sleep. There is a lot I plan on changing when I am done with my break; just being more involved with it in general.
I might try the Stronglifts 5x5 program next, because I think I really should focus on increasing strength initially. Also, I seemed to do better with a total body workout than I did with a split routine.
But the main thing I'm concerned with is my deadlift form. I've studied the hell out of using proper form, but I still feel like I'm doing it wrong. And I'm not going too heavy yet (155 lbs. is the most I've done so far), but I'm still wondering how much my form has to do with this back discomfort (and my left knee, to a lesser extent) that's been coming and going for the last 5 days or so.
But even though I'm not quite satisfied with my gains, I'm still happy with the sense of accomplishment I get from every workout. Even moreso when I correct past mistakes.

I can probably beat you up.

Yeah, I work out all the time. I'm 16 and started going to the gym 2 years ago, and I immediately noticed how much muscle and strength I gained in such a short period of time. Now I don't go to the gym as much as I used to because I'm in track and get a great workout there. Once schools over, though, I'm going to hit the gym more often.

I get up at 5.00 AM every morning and do small exersizes like crunches and pushups. I also practice Kungfu twice a week (three times a week if my scheduele allows it.)
