Thanks Uzo and Nemesis; and of course, when people hear MS paint they think of useless doodles. Most people unfortunately don't realize that MS paint is still a capable art program. They rely far too much on photoshop and paintshop. /:

Yeah I was expecting a ridiculous doodle, so nicely done!

Thats because you can actually do things in Photoshop, aside from painting

While ms-paint still works, its very archaic. It would be the equivalent of someone coding a new PC game for DOS. Stylized, nifty, retro, but very backwards and limited compared to current computer systems.

I just dislike it when it seems the program itself is doing more work then the person.

Thank you Redrum and profbeanburrito. :)

Depends. You can get an extremely painterly feel out of photoshop and painter if you do it all by hand only using brushes, eraser and a blending tool. It's essentially the same as actually painting or drawing. Still using an application device, a manipulation device, and a removal device.

If I wanna get a "designer feel" out of something, I use Illustrator. Otherwise all my digital drawings and paintings are done using Painter.

You did that in MS Paint? Jesus H. Christ... My MS Paint drawings always ended up looking like something you'd piss in the snow.

Good Gawd...!
I have such envy for people who can pull that kind of quality of work from MS Paint. Nice work!

This thread got me motivated to try something myself, turns out it's pretty fun if you give it a try.

If you're going to do that, I humbly request you move it to your own topic instead of hijacking this one.
