Well ya know technically a handheld is a console its just portable. Console stopped meaning console in the literally sense sortly after it started bein applied to game consoles

How? The list is based off of overall sales, not off of score or personal opinion.

It actually contradicts itself. 3rd paragraph says it's based on sales, 5th says it's based on popularity.

Judging how I have yet to see any "Top (X amount of games)" List with Mario Kart listed as the #1 game, I'm more inclined to bet that it's based on sales.

That's because it says quite clearly its a combination of factors; Impact, Sales, Popularity and Review scores.
