Evidently all Castlevania games are exactly the same, and adding FMVs to them is the only way you can make them different.

I feel the need for another quote:

Die monster! You don't belong in this world!

That's a lot of self-contradiction...

I love that he mentions "swinging your whip", when, I don't think any of us recall ever using a whip in SotN (in the main game, after Richter). I wonder if this guy actually played the game, or just watched some videos of it

Richter uses a whip in SotN, and there's a bonus mode allowing you to play as Richter. Thus, you COULD use a whip in SotN. :P

right, but they're showing and discussing the main game of SotN. Regardless the guys an idiot, but if he wanted to review it correctly, even with his opinions, then he should shown videos corresponding to what he's talking about, but I'll edit my post to mention using whips in the main game

I laughed out loud at:

Reviewer in background: "That's very unrealistic"
Commentator: "Yeah, I need realism in my vampire games"

Me wonders if the guy just could not beat Dracula in the intro sequence.  I mean the reviewer said he never beat it and said there's no cinema in the title, so perhaps he pressed start quickly & shut it off when he thought Dracula killed him.

He could probably either started tryin out a coworker's Richter savefile or got the save file and entered the Richter name from start.

Wait...so judging by what he said, he gave control a C just because you can't jump in midswing?

I don't even really care that he criticized SotN; I just think if he reviews all games the way he did this one, then his reviews are unreliable and confusing.

You must not be very familiar with Navigtr (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEaGhweF1g0)

His reviews are honestly difficult to watch without the MST commentary.

Hah! He thinks you're using a whip! And you can't even defend him about using Richter cuz he didn't even beat the game to unlock him.

Sad....... people really need to think, just a second, before they talk.

True, but for like 2 minutes of gameplay and that's one of his large topics?
