Sony Electronics: Idea Maker.

It probably means that they will make most PSP games download able. There are games that are that way so, wouldn't doubt it.
-
I wonder if they'll be able to hack this thing.
The go2 will prolly have a touch screen =o
-
I'm a little disappointed at the lack of 2 analogue sticks, but I'm sure it'll be nice regardless

I know that, but they're basically admitting the system is nothing but a pirating tool by getting rid of its primary licensed software format.
A download-only PSP is just retarded.
-
No, it sounds interesting.
And GOD FORBID if sony does anything about the PSP's piracy problem! *sarcastic gasp*
-
Wait, where does it say it won't play PSP games? The picture shows the thing playing a PSP game...imagine that.
-
It won't play UMD's, but you can convert the data from them to put in the system somehow.
-
So, it's a PSP that people will only download games for...
...what's the difference?
-
It has a longer battery life (no disc spinning)
And in-store kiosks will convert UMDs to data so that they can be stored on the system (up to 10) and more on memory sticks.

Digital distribution is the future.
I like it.
