Wow, it has been a long time since I've posted here. I've been really busy with school and life in general, so I haven't had the chance to hang around the forums too much.
It has also been a while since I've been productive music-wise, so I thought I'd change that. I present you all with a brand-new track from the recently "unveiled" Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. It's basically the trailer theme redone with a few changes here and there, and I added a Pipe Organ just to make it sound a little more Castlevania-ish.
This will be the first track of several more, as it's my goal to make at least a few tracks from each of the most recent Castlevania games (Curse of Darkness, Portrait of Ruin, Order of Ecclesia, etc).
Anyhoo, I hope you enjoy!

Alright, I'll put that on my list ;)
Right now I'm focusing on music from Lament of Innocence and Curse of Darkness, since those two games haven't received enough remix-lovin'.
The remix/re-orchestration I'm writing right now will be called "The Dark Knight Toccata"...see if you can figure that one out... :)

Well that's not an easy task. Lament's pieces were so rich and perfect for the setting that very few needed arrangements/remixes. Of course, the ones that came with the soundtrack weren't really all that great, so they can only get better.
On the flip side, Curse's soundtrack was made up predominantly of existing Castlevania's melodies and motifs re-worked, rearranged and recombined anyway (...too often producing forgettable, unappealing music) that remixes would pretty much be a moot point. Just a thought.

OMG What a wonderful track! Perhaps you missed a little the flutes but you made a great work, specially with the pupe organ... I wish the real soundtrack had an organ (I don't think that this could happen because th pipe organ was invented at 2nd century AC and this game seems to be "history-accurrate")...
I loved your work you have a great taste for soundtrack type music.
Go on! :D
