This guy needs to get laid.  He's probably just one of these Halo fan-boys that can't cope with Metroid's sophistication.  Give this simpleton some "point A to point B/mindless blow shit up" gameplay and he can suck his own bone.  Backtracking and Reexploring are hardly ever the cheap retreads he would have us believe.  What kind of a fool sets flamebait over games like Super Metroid and SotN?

He needs to play super metroid then he'd understand. Super Metroid is the epitome of exploring games. I wish nintendo would fucking release it with maybe some extra bonus stuff that'd be cool. I'd love to play it on my DS. The virtual console is nice but i don't have a wii and don't plan on getting one. Hate the controller.

This guy's points seem so minuscule to how  much the metroidvanias are entertaining to me. Well, to each his own.

Also, now after seeing Super Metroid being played, I need to play it again...

I played that Kyntt Stories game he talks about... pretty nice
