Title: Lords of Shadow release date Dec 31st?

Amazon.com is taking pre-orders for LoS on XB360 with a release date of Dec 31st, 2009. Nothing about PS3. Is this legit?

Most retailers will list uncertain-dated next-year titles at Dec 31.
